We originally intended to post the Northwest Multiple Listing Service contract guides here, but were informed that the NWMLS does not allow the contract manuals to be posted.  We can, however, email them to you!  (Does that make sense?)  Just give us your email address and choose the contract and we will get them to you.  You can look at the "Washington State Law of Agency", and lead paint and moisture / mold pamphlets listed below.
