*  We will access the Northwest Multiple Listing Service database, and the RE/MAX Agent’s Resource Center to search for recent sales of comparable homes.  You can also be given a tour of similar homes on the market, and we can consult with co-agents as to their estimate of valuation.  Agents from area offices can be invited to visit your home at a "broker's open house" and give us their estimate of a selling price.
 
*  After a thorough analysis, you will presented with a CMA – Comparative Market Analysis - that will suggest a selling price based upon the “comparables”.  You will make the final determination of selling price.
 
*  You will be presented with an estimation of expected proceeds from the home sale after loan payoffs, title, escrow, commission, etc.  Click here to see some typical selling costs.
 
*  If you are satisfied, we will explain how “agency” works and review contracts and documents.  You will make all decisions regarding your contracts with the brokerage.
